As part of PTO you get to meet other parents that are as invested in their child’s education as you are and gives you an opportunity to team up with the school’s administrators and teachers to make a positive impact in our children’s school. We hope to see you there!

We all have a common bond, caring and creating the best possible educational experience for our children. We are neighbors and peers who share many of the same experiences with many friendships have developed as a result of these connections.

PTO Officers

  • President
    Duties Include: Planning and coordinating events with committee heads, board members, and school staff. Submitting proper paperwork in a timely manner for all activities. Attending board meetings and monthly meetings with administration.
  • Vice President
    Duties include: event planning and attendance at said events, occasional shopping, copies and distribution, monthly meetings. Time commitment varies depending on scheduled events.
  • Secretary
    Maintains all paperwork, note-taking for all meetings, and creates and distributes information to staff and parents. Maintains email communication. Attends all PTO meetings.
  • Treasurer
    Maintains bank account, financial reports, and submits reports to school/district each month. Prepares cash boxes for all money-events and counts out totals at the end of the night. Makes deposits as needed.
